Medical Science Liaison, Oncology

Role: Medical Science Liaison / Senior Medical Science Liaison for Northern Germany, serving as a scientific partner to healthcare professionals and researchers in oncology, particularly head and neck cancers. Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare and scientific communities, providing balanced clinical and scientific information on Genmab’s products.Gather insights on emerging data and clinical practices to inform medical strategies.Represent Genmab at scientific conferences and support medical education, advisory boards, and congress activities.Collaborate with clinical teams to support clinical trials, investigator meetings, and sponsor-sponsored studies.Develop and execute territory plans aligned with regional and global objectives, and inform publication strategies.Support training for internal teams on clinical data and products.Establish effective cross-functional collaborations with internal departments and external partners. Qualifications & Skills Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) or relevant clinical/professional background.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL, preferably in oncology.Experience in clinical trial conduct and product launch is a plus.Strong knowledge of compliance regulations (FSA-Kodex, EFPIA, IFPMA).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.Technical proficiency with MS Office and business applications.
