About the role
This is a Medical Science Liaison position focused on Neurodegeneration within Prilenia Therapeutics. The role will be based in the United States, with a remote work option.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute scientific strategies that support the clinical development and commercialization of our neurodegenerative therapies.
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive scientific discussions and foster relationships that enhance product understanding and adoption.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to inform strategic decisions and improve patient access to our products.
- Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and regulatory changes impacting neurodegenerative diseases.
- Travel up to 70% across the US to meet with KOLs, attend conferences, and participate in meetings.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of reference-supported high-performance in a similar Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role, preferably in scale-up and rare disease environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with KOLs and understanding of the U.S. and Canadian healthcare systems.
- Experience in neurology and neurodegenerative therapeutic areas relevant to the company's pipeline.
- Ability to travel up to 70% across the US.
