Medical Science Liaison (MSL or Sr. MSL), Neurology-Alzheimer's Disease, South Florida and Puerto Rico

For our client, we are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL or Sr. MSL), Neurology-Alzheimer's Disease, South Florida and Puerto Rico to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This field-based scientific role will serve as a key medical resource across a defined territory, supporting education and scientific exchange with neurologists and other healthcare professionals focused on Alzheimer’s disease. The position will build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, gather insights from the field, and help translate complex clinical information into meaningful medical affairs strategy. It also includes conference support, study facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration to advance the company’s neuroscience initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $149,300 – $195,900 annually Responsibilities Act as the primary clinical and scientific resource for key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals regarding Alzheimer’s disease and the company's products. Communicate updated clinical and scientific information between key opinion leaders and the company's Medical Affairs team. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Alzheimer’s disease. Present scientific data at professional congresses and meetings. Support congress activities and coordinate field medical contributions accordingly. Collect and relay key insights from the field to inform Medical Affairs strategy. Facilitate investigator-initiated studies and company-sponsored clinical trials. Qualifications Advanced terminal degree in medical or health sciences, such as MD, DO, PhD, or PharmD. Preferred MSL experience in neurology or complex diseases, especially Alzheimer’s disease. Established relationships with key opinion leaders in neurology and knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease-focused institutions. Minimum 2 years of industry or clinical research experience. Deep understanding of clinical trial development and drug launch processes. Strong communication skills for engaging in complex scientific discussions.
