Medical Science Liaison, CNS - Great Lakes

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical and scientific insights to improve local patient care and outcomes
• Build and leverage relationships with key medical and scientific stakeholders
• Develop expertise in the ecosystem for alignment with patient-centric strategies
• Communicate evidence-based value of the company products to stakeholders
• Cultivate internal relationships to implement medical strategies
• Provide disease state training to speakers across the territory
• Support clinical trial programs and contribute to operational management

Qualifications

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences required
• Broad understanding of interconnectivity in health systems and patient care delivery
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry Medical Affairs or similar
• Strong business acumen with awareness of industry dynamics and competitors
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with conflict resolution expertise
• Proven ability to lead strategic project teams
• Strong understanding of industry compliance, legal, and regulatory landscapes

Pay

$150,034 – $224,250 annually
