This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Support the company clinical trials with operational teams
- Cultivate relationships with KOLs in bone marrow transplantation to share insights and data
- Collaborate with medical and biostatistics teams for publication of test performance data
- Identify and assist with investigator-initiated research supporting company goals
- Communicate the unmet clinical needs and potential solutions from the company products
- Assist in interpreting test results and clarifying clinical data
- Provide clinical support and resources for Customer Service inquiries
Qualifications
- Health care professional (Pharm D, PhD, or MD) with clinical sciences knowledge in oncology
- Preferred prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in launching clinical laboratory tests
- 3-5 years in bone marrow transplantation and/or oncology required
- Experience engaging with research teams and KOLs on clinical trials
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is advantageous
- Proficient in developing impactful scientific documents like abstracts and publications
- Exceptional oral presentation skills for communicating clinical data effectively
Pay
$157,000 – $190,000 annually
