Responsibilities
- Contribute clinical and scientific insights to the ecosystem execution plan to enhance patient care
- Cultivate relationships with key medical customers to stay informed on healthcare trends and company products
- Maintain an extensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and align it with the company’s patient-centric strategies
- Provide evidence-based information on the company products to improve patient outcomes
- Develop internal collaborations across teams to effectively implement medical strategies
- Disseminate healthcare landscape and disease state information to customers as needed
- Assist with clinical trials and collaborations to improve patient care opportunities
Qualifications
- MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences required
- Experience in healthcare systems and collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs or relevant clinical/research experience required
- Strong understanding of the company’s business model and industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with conflict resolution capability
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams strategically
- Understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance standards in the industry
