Medical Reviewer/Safety Reviewer III

We are seeking a senior-level Medical Reviewer to support medical review activities on a part-time basis, averaging approximately 20-25 hours per week during standard East Coast U.S. business hours. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Review medical and scientific materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with applicable standards, as well as provide expert guidance on content related to psychiatric therapeutic areas.
• Own the review of promotional pieces from initial development through final approval stages.
• Partner closely with commercial teams and attend key reviewer meetings to support promotional asset development and approval.
• Analyze and interpret complex clinical data to ensure promotional content is scientifically accurate and compliant.
• Operate with minimal oversight, exercising sound medical judgment and strong decision-making.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in medical review for promotional materials (strongly preferred, but not strictly required).
• Experience with software tools such as Veeva and Veeva PromoMats.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have either prior experience in medical review or substantial medical review experience within psychiatry.
