Medical Referral Specialist

About the Role

The Medical Referral Specialist provides a variety of office and administrative support services including greeting and coordinating patient referrals, assisting with insurance screening, processing referrals, and performing other general office duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Fluent in English: additional fluency in other languages is valued
