Responsibilities
- Assigns diagnosis and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT-4 coding systems.
- Maintains bill hold reports.
- Affords assistance to the Manager/Director in mentoring and training Coder I team members and clinical practice students.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must reside in the state of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
- Full-time (non-exempt) position with a shift of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

- Preferred: Associate degree in Health Information Management.
- Required: 2 years of medical coding experience.
