About the role

Processes walk-in request for records and films requests and responds to STAT requests. Handles and processes all checks for ROI and print records for Attorneys. Notifies completion room for any incomplete records needed for ROI. Answers all telephone calls and faxes from physician's office and outside customers. Faxes requested information to physicians and hospitals. Retrieves and disperses mail. Mails requested certificate of hospitalizations to patients. Requests old records from warehouse when needed. Processes all PFS request. Faxes doctors notes for their billing inquiries. Posts payments into ChartMaxx from ROI requesters. Processes requests from AMG physician, prints records from Epic and scans them into ChartMaxx. Requests legacy records from AMG physician to process ROI request. Other relevant tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma required.
  • HIM experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related role or administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Final compensation and benefit eligibility may vary by role and employment status and will be confirmed at the time of offer.

Schedule

Hybrid at manager discretion. Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. No weekends.
