About the role

We are currently accepting applications for a Receptionist/Patient Registration Representative at our Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, team players committed to delivering extraordinary care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reception desk activities, including greeting patients and visitors
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Instruct patients and visitors in accordance with McFarland Clinic's Core Values and Promise

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or HiSet
• Keyboard and computer experience
• Medical terminology class required within one year of employment
• Receptionist experience preferred but not required
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
