A Brief Overview

Functions as a member of the Practice team working in both Front and Back Office Clerical and Clinical services.

What You Will Do

• Answers phone, schedules patient appointments, and communicates with physicians regarding schedules.
• Greets patients and collects registration forms.
• Updates demographic profiles and collects payments.
• Processes requests for medical records and schedules services.
• Reschedules appointments and handles phone service activations/deactivations.
• Reviews and updates patient insurance information and obtains necessary authorizations.
• Distributes correspondence and patient information, photocopies forms, and processes mail.
• Performs follow-ups and assists with administrative tasks as needed.
• Adheres to compliance plans and performs other assigned duties.

Education Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Experience Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $16.00/hour - $20.00/hour.
