Medical Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide an outstanding first impression.
- Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines.
- Schedule new and established patient appointments.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records.
- Scan and organize medical documentation.
- Update patient demographics and required forms.
- Process patient payments.
- Auxiliary with general administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
- Support providers and office staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
