Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming and reliable Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive in the clinic and collect co-pays or co-insurance
- Answer phone calls, discuss our services and schedule appointments
- Affiliate with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a health care facility is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
