Feather River Tribal Health (FRTH) is a healthcare provider dedicated to serving the community since 1980. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a physician providing primary care services in accordance with approved standardized procedures and protocols.
  • Perform diagnostic services, including physical examinations, lab tests, and imaging.
  • Diagnose and treat patients based on findings and collaborate with specialists as necessary.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive patient records using electronic health records.
  • Participate in clinic committees and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment and screening of medical personnel.
  • Engage in health education for staff and patients.
  • Participate in continuing education and special studies.
  • Implement and learn new electronic health record functions.

Requirements

  • Current California license as Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or another closely related specialty.
  • Three (3) years of clinical experience or three (3) years of experience in ambulatory outpatient medicine.
  • A current DEA narcotic license.
  • A current CPR certificate.

  • Experience working independently in challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and cultural sensitivity.

Skills

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records systems.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $129.04 - $134.25, depending on experience.
