MEDICAL PRACTICE REPRESENTATIVE
About the role
Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, charge entry, collection of co-pays and medical records functions. Optimizes facility and professional collections. Process referrals. Processes release of medical records information. Answers telephone inquiries.
Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree preferred
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of associated experience. Prefer two years of experience in professional or hospital billing
Salary
$18 to $22/hr, dependent on experience and internal equity.
