Medical Practice Patient representative - Gastroenterology - Norwalk, CT

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients upon arrival and communicates pleasantly and effectively.
• Ensures accuracy of patient's information, including demographics and insurance.
• Answers phones, routes calls, takes messages, and assures accurate communication both verbally and via the EMR system.
• Schedules and reschedules appointments according to office protocols.
• Maintains and models the organization values.
• Demonstrates regular, dependable, and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 1 year customer related experience required

Qualifications

• Ability to travel between practices as needed.

Benefits

• $500 Sign On Bonus (External Candidates Only)

Pay

• $18.92 - $30.44 hourly (Pay per years of experience)

Schedule

• Full time - 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
