Medical Physicist

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cancer Care Leadership to ensure safe radiation practices
• Implement and uphold radiation safety policies and procedures
• Educate and train staff on high-quality radiation therapy delivery
• Support and advocate for patient safety practices
• Demonstrate Family-Centered Care principles in all interactions

Qualifications

• M.S. or PhD in Medical Physics or closely related field required
• 2-5 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology or related field
• Experience with computerized treatment planning and radiation oncology platforms
• Certification in Radiation Oncology Physics preferred (ABR or equivalent)
• Eligibility for board certification within 3 years of hire necessary for non-certified candidates

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
