About the role
The Medical Packaging Associate is responsible for the inspection, packaging, labeling, and preparation of dental products. This position ensures products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
- Pack dental products, components, and devices according to approved work instructions and specifications.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, proper labeling, and packaging integrity.
- Operate packaging equipment and related production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assemble packaging materials, including pouches, trays, cartons, labels, and inserts.
- Verify product counts, lot numbers, expiration dates, and labeling accuracy.
- Complete required documentation, production records, and quality control forms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and packaging areas.
- Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or non-conforming products to supervisors.
- Support inventory management by accurately tracking materials and finished goods.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling small components and packaging materials.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 pounds.
- Visual acuity to inspect products and labels accurately.
