Medical Outcomes Liaison, Central
About the role
The Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL) serves as a key scientific partner within our US Medical Affairs Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes team. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with decision-makers, delivering clinical and economic value, and identifying strategic opportunities that positively impact patients living with Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes outcomes and RWE engagement strategy across key accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders, researchers, and payer decision-makers.
- Identify and develop institutional data opportunities that align with strategic evidence needs.
- Support field-based research collaborations and HEOR data generation.
- Serve as an expert communicator delivering clinical and economic value propositions across settings of care.
- Partner cross-functionally to address clinical and HEOR data needs at key accounts.
Requirements
- Clinically focused graduate degree (MPH, NP, PA).
- Doctorate degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years industry experience + 5 years HEOR/RWE/Outcomes experience.
- Strong background in external stakeholder engagement and decisionmaker relationship management.
- Ability to analyze clinical and HEOR data gaps and deliver meaningful solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate preferred (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD).
- Non-doctoral clinicians considered with relevant expertise.
Benefits
This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $156,000-$238,400 annually. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

Schedule
Up to 75% of travel required, including overnights and some weekends.
