Medical Only Case Manager Trainee

Qualifications

• Flexibility with schedule including 8 am to 5 pm and 7 am to 4 pm, depending on region.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent formal education.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, but committed to meeting team goals.
• Professional comportment with a strong sense of customer service.
• Commitment to the mission and success of AMERISAFE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and associates.
• Notify Team Leader of any issues that may impede quality or efficiency.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with established Sarbanes Oxley Work Flows.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines of Amerisafe and of the Claims Department.
• Attend training classes, workshops, and seminars as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with company policy.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

Periodic file reviews will be completed and documented into the claims system until the file is closed.
