Role & Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope inpatient and outpatient Hematology Oncology care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Contribute to the growth and success of the expanding oncology service
- Supervise and lead medical staff within the department
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Hematology Oncology fellowship
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Hematology Oncology, or eligibility within three years
- Active Indiana medical license and hospital privileges
- Valid controlled substance registration with DEA and Board of Pharmacy
