Role Overview: Provides assessment, triage, and therapeutic management for patients within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Obtain patient histories and perform clinical examinations.Order and review diagnostic tests to inform care decisions.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Deliver patient and family education to support understanding and engagement.Provide psychosocial support to patients and their families.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
