Medical Oncology- Full Time NP/PA

Position Highlights

• Full Time, M–F, 8 AM–5 PM, no nights or weekends
• Practice of 5 MDs and 3 APPs
• Hybrid position
• Patient load varies between 10–12 patients daily
• Rotating call coverage for evenings and weekends

Ideal Candidate

• At least 1 year of experience in hematology/oncology working as an APP; open to new grads
• Effective communication (written and verbal)
• Willingness to collaborate closely with clinical team
• Current on best practice and standards of care
• Displays self-initiative to learn

Qualifications

• Nurse practitioners: master’s degree or doctorate in nursing practice required. Acute care certification required for inpatient or hybrid positions.
• Physician Assistants: certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred. Current or pending CAQ certification preferred.
