Medical Oncologist - Locum Tenens Coverage

This position requires a board-certified Medical Oncologist to provide inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology care within a full-service hospital. The clinician will see approximately 25 adult patients daily, focusing on benign hematology and malignant oncology. Responsibilities include clinic work from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., hospital rounding, and participating in weekend inpatient call rotation approximately every 5th or 6th weekend, covering Friday to Monday. Candidates must have prescriptive authority and be board certified in Medical Oncology. The role involves managing a typical patient census of around 20 inpatients during call.
