Medical Oncologist, Clinical Care Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Medical Oncologist, Clinical Care Lead to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role will focus on delivering high-quality oncology care while helping shape a patient-centered clinical program. The position blends direct patient care with leadership across multidisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based treatment decisions and coordinated care delivery. The selected clinician will also help oversee care standards, support telehealth operations, and collaborate closely with other providers to improve outcomes for patients facing cancer. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $275,000 – $350,000 annually Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered oncology care via telehealth Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer in alignment with guidelines Order and interpret necessary labs, imaging, and diagnostics Collaborate with local teams to manage anti-cancer therapies Lead multidisciplinary tumor board discussions and communicate recommendations Work closely with various clinical team members to coordinate care Oversee care delivery by oncologists and advanced practice providers Qualifications M.D. or D.O., board-certified in Medical Oncology Active medical license in good standing; willingness to obtain multi-state licensure 3-5+ years of independent, multidisciplinary oncology clinical practice post-fellowship Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach Comfort with telehealth technologies and EHR systems Experience in building or redesigning clinical programs Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits 401k match Monthly phone and wifi stipend, annual ergonomic stipend Generous vacation policy and paid holidays Equal paid parental leave for all parents Free cancer screening and prevention resources for employees and dependents Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
