Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate party
• Greet patients upon arrival and provide necessary paperwork or information for office visits or treatment
• Collect co-pays and other required fees prior to office visits or treatment
• Schedule and confirm appointments for assigned clinic/provider
• Communicate with patients regarding scheduling issues, referrals, or insurance verification
• Develop relationships with outside physician offices, insurance companies, and hospital departments to ensure exceptional patient care for BPN patients

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related experience
