About the role

As the Medical Office Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling patient procedures across a multi-provider appointment system. You will process patients into and out of the clinic including preparation of medical charts in a manner that provides a public image of caring and professionalism and facilities patient flow. You will maintain patient records in a confidential and organized manner and facilitates general communications for the clinic. You will provide assistance to ensure Occupational Health Services (OHS) efficiently and provides high quality services in accordance with the organization's mission, vision, values and goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 6 months in a medical setting – preferred
• Bilingual – preferred
