This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities Include: Performing patient check-in and check-out processesCollecting payments and supporting revenue cycle activitiesScheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeriesHandling patient inquiries and responding to scheduling needsEntering orders and maintaining accurate patient informationUtilizing various computer programs to manage schedules and patient recordsManaging patient communications and appointment coordinationSupporting office workflow through administrative and clerical dutiesMaintaining accurate documentation and data entryPerforming other duties as assigned ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Required Qualifications Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience Required : Six (6) months of Healthcare experience ORSix (6) months of Customer Service experience ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What We Offer Unlock Your Career Potential: Join Our Medical Group Team and Enjoy Our Outstanding Benefits!
