We're recruiting healthcare administration professionals in the United States and Canada for a paid, remote research project about how healthcare administrative work actually gets done. What is Terac? - Terac is a global expert network that connects experienced professionals with paid research and AI-development projects. We work with leading technology companies, research organizations, and AI teams that need practical expertise to develop and improve their products. Why is it interesting? - Our partner on this project builds synthetic computer environments used to train AI systems that operate a computer the way a person would. You'll recreate your own day-to-day workflow directly inside their platform; it's not a passive recording of your screen- it's built by you, then write the problems an AI agent should be able to solve from it. As someone who does this work every day, your judgment is exactly what makes those systems genuinely useful. Project Details: - Fully remote and ongoing, roughly 5 to 10 hours a week, on your own schedule- $90 per hour, paid every Friday for approved work- You keep your current job; most people do this in the evenings- Help build the real tools and the AI being trained for people in your role- Your hands-on experience directly shapes what gets built- Applications are reviewed immediately - You'll never be asked to log into your employer's systems or share any real patient records.
