Medical Office Coordinator
Job Summary
Seeking a Medical Office Coordinator to provide administrative expertise ensuring all patients receive high quality, efficient care. Responsibilities include fostering an engaged culture, managing patient access, coordinating staff, maintaining supplies, and handling patient complaints.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Medical Office Specialist or related practice operations certificate preferred
- Two or more years of medical office experience required
- RMA, CMA or LPN certificate beneficial
- CPR Certification preferred
What You Will Do
Demonstrates and adheres to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values statements. Directs patient experience through online scheduling, phone calls, and in-person encounters. Assists in hiring and training staff, manages schedules, and handles patient files and records. Ensures patient complaints are addressed appropriately and timely.
