Responsibilities

• Handle discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions.
• Engage in motion practice.
• Participate in hearings.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice defense or insurance defense.
• License to practice law in Missouri or Illinois (both preferred but not required).

Compensation

Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000.
