Medical Malpractice Attorney

Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to the firm’s clients from pre-trial through trial
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, written discovery, and agreements
- Attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 2-5 years’ experience in the defense of medical malpractice cases and/or General Liability
- Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication
