Responsibilities

• Manage medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare matters for trial and participate in court proceedings
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff

Requirements

• JD and active Pennsylvania Bar license
• 8+ years of litigation experience (medical malpractice strongly preferred)
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Professional, client-focused, and team-oriented

Pay

$140,000 - $180,000 per year
