Responsibilities
- Manage and coach associate veterinarians
- Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and high-quality patient care
- Set the standard for clinical standards, client service, and efficiency
- Partner with the Practice Manager to develop the hospital’s operational plans
- Oversee financial performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead monthly medical meetings and externship programs
- Promote best practices and professional development
- Engage with the community through educational and outreach activities as a hospital ambassador
Qualifications
- DVM degree
- Valid license
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of hospital management principles
