About the role

This position involves performing and supporting clinical laboratory testing to aid in disease diagnosis and treatment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate laboratory instruments and equipment
  • Review and report test results accurately
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards
  • Manage laboratory supplies and inventory
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and instrument malfunctions
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
  • Educate team members and healthcare staff on laboratory procedures
  • Ensure specimen integrity and proper handling
  • Support safety and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent training
  • Certification such as MT (ASCP) or equivalent licensure

Schedule
