Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Nights

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients and prepare them for testing
• Perform pretesting procedures such as sample preparation and quality control checks
• Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to provide accurate and timely information to healthcare providers
• Perform post testing procedures such as data analysis and reporting
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and results
• Adhere to all laboratory policies and procedures to ensure quality control and safety
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other laboratory staff

Requirements

• Achieved Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certified as an MLT by a recognized accrediting agency
• Strong understanding of laboratory policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work night shift hours
