Education

• Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with 26 science credits
• Appropriate experience in a CLIA laboratory
• Military Training Program (Official U.S. Military medical laboratory procedures training course and held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist - Laboratory Technician)

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree that satisfy regulatory agency requirement.
