We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract content: - Intro: "Our Promise To You Joining AdventHealth is about being part of something bigger..." That's about the organization, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be description of role. The intro is more about company values. Could be "About the role" or maybe we treat as "About the role". We'll include a

with that content. - Benefits list: "All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Paid Time Off from Day One 403-B Retirement Plan 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave Career Development Whole Person Well-being Resources Mental Health Resources and Support Pet Benefits Schedule PRN Shift Day (United States of America)". This includes benefits. Also schedule: "Schedule PRN Shift Day". So we have Benefits and Schedule. - Address: "Address 2501 N ORANGE AVE City ORLANDO State Florida Postal Code 32804". Could be part of location but not a heading. We can include in a

maybe under About the role? Or separate? Probably not needed as heading. - Job Description: includes responsibilities list. Let's extract responsibilities: "Conducts all expected tests and analytical procedures efficiently and accurately according to hospital procedures, performance standards, and competency standards. Participates in proficiency testing, adhering to federal and state regulations as well as hospital policies. Performs post-analytical activities including reporting results and providing technical and support information for all age groups. Provides resolution to customer service issues within guidelines and support education for clinical staff as appropriate or requested. Participates in laboratory and hospital performance improvement activities, including evaluating new equipment and procedures. Adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, protecting patient information confidentiality. Follows safety policies, including the use of PPE, handwashing, and hazardous chemical handling, and demonstrates understanding of the Chemical Hygiene plan and Infection Control policies. Transports hazardous waste from the point of generation to a designated secure storage area, completing initial and refresher training for proper handling and disposal. Assists in new employee training and orientation. Answers the telephone and performs clerical and receptionist duties to support department operations. Maintains workspaces in a neat, organized, and properly supplied manner, storing and safeguarding documentation and paperwork. Performs pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance, function checks, inventory control, specimen collection, biological specimen processing, cleaning and disinfection, quality control, and calibration. Other duties as assigned." That's responsibilities. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of required skills. We'll put under Skills or Requirements? The headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Usually Requirements = education/experience; Qualifications = certifications; Skills = abilities. We have Education, Work Experience, Additional Information (CLIA equivalency). Also Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list. We can create sections: - About the role: intro paragraph (Our Promise To You ...) maybe also include address? Could include location. - Responsibilities:

  • each duty. - Requirements: Education and Work Experience? Also maybe "Associate [Required] Field Of Study in a laboratory science..." and "Work Experience 1+ years clinical lab experience [Preferred]". Also Additional Information about CLIA equivalency. - Qualifications: maybe licensure/certification? Not much. Could skip if no specific. - Skills: the Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: Pay Range $21.77 - $40.48. - Schedule: "Schedule PRN Shift Day (United States of America)" plus maybe shift details: "Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 3pm, PRN schedule". Actually schedule info appears earlier: "Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 3pm, PRN schedule". So we include that. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those lines. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

We must ensure no extra sections like Qualifications if not present. We omitted Qualifications. Check for any leftover boilerplate: removed EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also removed "Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)" maybe that's not a heading but could be considered relevant? It's not a standard heading; but it's substantive info about background screening. Should we include? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. There's no standard heading for background screening; we could incorporate into Requirements or a separate section like "Background Screening". But the allowed headings list does not include Background Screening. We could fold into Requirements as a note. However the instruction says we can only use those headings for sections. It didn't forbid adding other headings? It says: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples but likely they want only those headings. Safer to stick to those. We can incorporate background screening into Requirements paragraph. Add a sentence: "Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law." Now ensure we didn't include any duplicated lines. Also removed "Schedule PRN Shift Day (United States of America)" as we included schedule details. Check for any mention of "Job ID / requisition numbers" - none. Now output only HTML fragment
