Medical Laboratory Technician/Hematology

Role: Medical Laboratory Technician/Hematology in a regulated laboratory environment, performing routine hematology testing and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities Conduct and document analytical hematology procedures following standard operating protocols.Review data to ensure results meet quality standards and escalate any anomalies.Prepare and upload data analysis results into Laboratory Information Management Systems.Perform calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.Support quality investigations and mentor entry-level staff on routine procedures. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and laboratory experience.At least 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory setting.Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and regulatory standards.Proficiency with laboratory techniques, automation, and Laboratory Information Management Systems.Competency with Microsoft Office tools.Understanding of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling.
