Join Team Tidelands and help people live better lives through better health! As a Medical Laboratory Technician (Non-Certified), you'll play a crucial role in supporting the diagnostic needs of patients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specimens with precision and accuracy
• Call critical values and document according to policy
• Perform analysis in a timely manner based on order priority
• Document Quality Control (QC) according to policy
• Recognize and document malfunctions, perform appropriate repairs when necessary

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Medical Technology, or a related field
• Clinical training in Medical Laboratory Technology for the areas to be worked

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Medical Technology, or a related field
• Experience: Clinical training in Medical Laboratory Technology for the areas to be worked

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work closely with management to implement and maintain processes and procedures within the work group
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, physicians, hospital and clinic employees, and healthcare leaders

Commensurate with experience
