Responsibilities
- Perform high-complexity laboratory tests
- Evaluate specimens and analyze data
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field from an accredited program
- Certification from recognized agencies such as ASCP or AMT
- Minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience
- Three years of experience in moderate/high complexity labs (preferred)
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple shifts
