Medical Laboratory Scientist
About the role
Performs assays accurately and timely on patient samples using a variety of automated and manual testing procedures to aid physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental and infectious control standards to ensure the laboratory remains in compliance with accreditation and licensing agencies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related discipline
- Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist – American Society for Clinical Pathology
- or National Medical Technologist – American Medical Technologists
- or National Medical Technologist – American Society for Clinical Pathology
- or National Technologist in Microbiology – American Society for Clinical Pathology
- or National Medical Laboratory Scientist – American Medical Technologists

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
