Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of laboratory procedures, some of which are complex, involving numerous steps and techniques.
- Operates various laboratory instruments.
- May be required to use independent judgment.
- Applies the principles and techniques of good laboratory practice to produce test results that aid the physician in diagnosis and treatment.
- Promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
- Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Education: Associate Degree in Clinical Lab Science
- Licensure: Medical Lab Technician Certification
