We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician I responsible for performing routine and complex laboratory tests to support diagnosis and treatment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to compassionate healthcare through technical expertise and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests using standard techniques.
• Prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control.
• Collect blood specimens and perform point-of-care testing.
• Document results accurately.
• Supervise high-complexity testing after gaining required experience.
• Monitor laboratory performance and act as person in charge when needed.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• AS, AD, or BS degree in a relevant field.
• MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) certification.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory safety procedures.
• Experience with hospital information systems.
