Requirements
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
- Less than 1 year of experience
- Must pass certification exam within 1 year of hire
- MLT (ASCP or AMT), MT (ASCP or AMT), or MLS (ASCP) certification
