Medical Instrument Tech (Echocardiography)
for section headings

- Use
for prose
- Don't repeat job title as heading
- Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - fold into short
or drop
- Preserve ALL substantive information
- Remove boilerplate (EEO, scam warnings, application instructions)
- Only include sections with real content
- No filler/placeholder text
- No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless actually stated
- Output ONLY HTML fragment
Looking at the content:
- Summary: "The JHQVA Medical Center is recruiting for a Medical Instrument Technician Technician Echocardiography located in the Dannie A. Carr Veterans Outpatient Clinic in Sevierville Cardiology Section of the Nursing Service Department." -> This is an About the role section.
- Qualifications: Has Basic Requirements (Citizenship, Education, Licensure, English, Grandfathering), Grade Determinations (GS-9 with experience, KSAs, Certification), Preferred Experience. This is a Qualifications section.
- Duties: Long list of duties -> Responsibilities section.
- Physical Requirements: List of physical requirements -> could be part of Qualifications or separate section. Since it's specific, I'll include as Physical Requirements.
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 -> Schedule section.
- Travel Required: No, Compressed/Flexible: N/A, Telework: Not Authorized, Virtual: not virtual -> these are metadata, can fold into a short paragraph or Schedule section.
- Functional Statement #, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, PCS, Financial Disclosure -> minor metadata, fold into a short paragraph or drop.
I need to decide on sections:
1. About the role (summary)
2. Qualifications (with subsections? But rule says use h3 for section headings. Could use h3 for Qualifications and then maybe nested lists. But the rule says use h3 for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So Qualifications is a section heading. I can include sub-headings as h4? The rule only mentions h3 for section headings. It doesn't forbid h4, but says use h3 for section headings. I'll use h3 for main sections and maybe use strong or just list items for subsections. However, the content has clear subsections: Basic Requirements, Grade Determinations, Preferred Experience. I could make them h4 but the rule says use h3 for section headings. Might be okay to use h3 for each? But that would be many h3. The rule: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they expect those as top-level sections. I'll use h3 for Qualifications, and within that, use or just paragraphs for subsections. But the content is detailed. I think using h3 for Qualifications and then using for the basic requirements, and then another h3 for Grade Determinations? But Grade Determinations is part of Qualifications. The rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So I'll keep Qualifications as one section with structured content.
Similarly, Duties -> Responsibilities section.
Physical Requirements -> could be part of Qualifications or separate. Since it's a distinct list, I'll make a Physical Requirements section (h3).
Schedule -> Work Schedule section.
Other metadata: Travel, Telework, Virtual, Functional Statement, Relocation, PCS, Financial Disclosure. These are minor. I'll fold into a short paragraph at the end or in Schedule section.
Now, let's structure:

Basic Requirements
(but rule says h3 for section headings, not h4. However, the rule doesn't explicitly forbid h4. But to be safe, I'll use for subheadings within the section, or just use paragraphs with bold. I'll use Basic Requirements
then list.
But the rule: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot use h4. But to follow the spirit, I'll keep only h3 for main sections. I'll incorporate subsections as labeled lists.
