Medical Information Contractor
Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and respond to written medical information requests from healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Develop, update, and maintain medical information resources, including standard response documents, FAQs, and email templates for unsolicited inquiries.
- Perform quality review of case documentation and recorded calls to ensure response accuracy and compliance with safety and product quality requirements.
- Provide product and process training to internal and external customers, and support interdepartmental projects as needed.
Requirements
- Pharmacist credentials (PharmD or RPh) required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience performing pharmaceutical/biotech medical information activities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical information, pharmacovigilance/adverse event, and product quality complaint case reporting.
