About the Role
Operate imaging equipment across multiple modalities including X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic, mammographic, CT, and ultrasound examinations, mastering at least three modalities.
- Safely transport and transfer patients, prepare contrast agents, and perform mobile imaging as needed.
- Assist in achieving departmental goals and create a productive environment for the medical imaging team.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
- Three years of technical experience is desirable.
- Current RT licensure in practice state, ARRT certification, and BLS/CPR certification required.
- Certified in at least one modality (e.g., CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography) and able to perform duties in at least one other advanced modality.
- Strong knowledge of patient safety, imaging procedures, and equipment operation.
