Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, provide appointment instructions, and support timely access to care.
• Monitor schedules, identify and resolve scheduling issues, place reminder calls, and assist with rescheduling missed appointments.
• Verify patient demographic and insurance information to ensure accurate records.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and providers by answering calls, responding to inquiries, and routing information appropriately.
